Olubadan Stool: All Controversies Resolved As Ladoja Affirms Lekan Balogun As Next Olubadan
The Osi Olubadan of Ibadanland, High Chief Rasidi Ladoja has said that all controversies surrounding the chieftaincy and enthronement of the next Olubadan of Ibadanland have been resolved.
Chief Ladoja said this while briefing newsmen on the outcome of a closed door meeting members of Olubadan in council had with Governor Seyi Makinde at the Government House Lodge, Agodi, Ibadan.
Chief Ladoja also affirmed the candidature of Otun Olubadan of Ibadan Land, High Chief Lekan Balogun as the next Olubadan of Ibadan, adding that the Ibadan high chiefs have resolved their differences and were united to install Chief Balogun as the next Olubadan of Ibadanland.
Among the members of Olubadan in Council that attended the meeting, were; High Chief Lekan Balogun, High Chief Owolabi Olakuleyin, High Chief Gbadamosi Adebimpe, and High Chief Eddy Oyewole.
