Tribunal Sacks Another LP House Of Reps Member Over Non Compliance To The Electoral Act
The Kaduna State National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal has sacked Hon Donatus Mathew from the House of Representatives and declared the PDP candidate as winner.
This was shared by a Twitter user via @TonyeBarcanista (image attached) Hon Mathew , an Okada rider, who in February defeated the PDP House Of Reps member of 30 yrs in Kaura Constituency, Kaduna was removed by the Tribunal.
The Tribunal held that the Labour Party did not comply with the provisions of the electoral Act
