Rural Sociological Association Of Nigeria Holds 34th Annual National Congress

The Rural Sociological Association of Nigeria will between October 6 and 10 2025 converge on the Department of Agricultural Extension And Rural Development, University of Ibadan for its 34th Annual National Congress.
The theme of the conference is “Enhancing Rural Food Production
and Livelihoods Through Resilient
Sustainable Farming and Innovative Agricultural Systems.”
This was contained in a press release made available to journalists in Ibadan, Oyo State and signed by the Local Organising Committee (LOC) Chairman of the association, Prof. Olutokunbo Oyesola.
The release also indicated that the submission of abstracts will hold on August 15, 2025 while the submission of PowerPoint to the LOC will hold on September 20, 2025 and the submission of manuscripts for the conference proceedings is scheduled to hold on November 21, 2025.
The Secretary of the Conference, according to the release, is Dr. Adeleke Oluwaseun and the Head of Agricultural Extension and Rural Development, Professor Stella Odebode will be the host.
Members and intending members were enjoined to attend.
