Rivers ADC Adopts APC Guber Candidate, Tonye Cole For Saturday Election
The Rivers State chapter of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has officially adopted the Governorship Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state, Pastor Tonye Cole as the consensus and unifying candidate of all the opposition parties in the state.
It was revealed in a statement signed by a member of the APC Presidential Campaign Council (APC-PCC), Mr. Dauseighe Bowei that upon his victory, Tonye Cole will form a unity government comprising the APC and other opposition parties in the alliance with the motto; “Stronger Together for a United Rivers State.”
“I hereby call on all my supporters to vote for Tonye Cole of the APC on Saturday March 18, 2023 because he has all the qualities required in a Governor
“He is a man of the people with the determination to serve and I have no doubt that he would take Rivers State to the next level if he is given the opportunity to serve,” the statement read.
