Real Housewives Atlanta Star, Porsha, Wins Divorce Suit, Estranged Husband, Goubadia To Pay Her $40,000 Monthly …Hubby Loses Rolls Royce

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams has secured a significant win in her ongoing divorce proceedings with Nigerian-born entrepreneur Simon Guobadia.
The high-profile case had faced multiple delays, notably due to Guobadia, 61, being taken into custody by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). As Us Weekly first reported, Guobadia was released from custody last week and subsequently deported to Nigeria.
Williams, 43, filed for divorce in February 2024 after just 15 months of marriage. In her filing, she requested spousal support and enforcement of their prenuptial agreement regarding asset division.
On June 11, 2025, the estranged couple appeared virtually via Zoom for a marathon court hearing that lasted nearly 10 hours. Despite the prolonged session, there was reportedly no direct communication between the two during the proceedings.
The judge ruled in favor of upholding the prenuptial agreement, handing Williams a decisive legal victory. As part of the ruling, Guobadia has been ordered to pay Williams $40,000 in monthly alimony for a period of up to 15 months.
In addition, Williams will retain ownership of the Rolls-Royce gifted to her by Guobadia and has been granted partial control of their $7 million Atlanta mansion. The court has given her until 2027 to decide whether she wants to continue living in the home. Should she choose to remain, she will be required to refinance the property and buy out Guobadia’s 50% ownership stake.
Until then, Guobadia will remain responsible for the ongoing mortgage payments.
The ruling marks a substantial financial and legal win for Williams as she moves forward from the brief but highly publicized marriage.
