Police division gets vehicles
Ojokoro Local Council Development Area in Lagos has donated four operational vehicles to Divisional Police Headquarters in the council. This, the council Chairman, Hammed Tijani said was to ameliorate their mobility challenges.
The Toyota Sienna vehicles were handed over to DPO of Ojokoro, Abbatoir, Alakuko and Oko Oba.
Tijani thanked Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for ensuring the police are equipped to combat crime. He said he was inspired the governor’s action.
Area ‘G’ Commander, Ibrahim Zungura, an Assistant Commission of Police (ACP), lauded the initiative and enjoined the Divisional Police Officers to make good of the operational vehicles.
