A 32-year-old Nigerian, Temitope Sekinat Idris, is said to be in trouble over allegation of being a lesbian.

Temitope, a former staff of the Lagos State Government and a physically challenged, was said to have been sacked over her alleged lesbianism, as same sex relationship is against the laws of the country.

The lady has since escaped arrest by the Nigeria Police Force as her case as been reported for prosecution and it was gathered that her whereabouts are unknown at the moment.

A source in the Nigeria Police revealed that Temitope was relieved of her job by the Lagos State Government as she became a negative influence on other female members of staff of the state government.

We were also informed that her sex status was the cause of the separation between her and her husband.

“The issue caused crisis between her and her husband because the man caught her with his sister and it was also discovered that she was having sex with some females in the neighborhood and as such, her husband sent her out of the house.

“Police was even invited and her husband disowned her because of the lesbianism allegation.

“Also, the Lagos State Government sacked her because she was caught with about four civil servants, who are also physically challenged, in the office having romance.

“Temitope committed a lot of sex atrocities in the state. She was one of the best table tennis players in the state in Class Eight. But most physically challenged persons in her group have become lesbians through her.

“They kept saying that the pleasure they had with her was better than the ones they had with their husbands due to their condition,” said one of her former neighbours, Oluyemisi Adeola.

According to Adeola, the concerned physically challenged believed that men usually jilt physically challenged persons and that some of them have died in the process.

“So, they said that the government should allow them to express themselves sexually, but this is against the law of the country, which has banned lesbianism and homosexual.

“Temitope has since been declared wanted by the police and they have ordered that she should be arrested if she is seen anywhere in the country and the offence attracts prison terms,” she said.

We were reliably informed that the matter had been on from 2022, but Temitope was said to have left Nigeria on October 25, 2024.

Temitope’s estranged husband, Rilwan Adisa Idris, also confirmed the allegation in an interview

Idris stated that he suddenly discovered his wife’s excesses and uncommon sexual habit, which he said was why he drove her out of his house, saying that there was no way he could have condone ‘such a criminal habit.’

Sources said that Temitope is currently on the run and even told those close to her that she would do everything possible to stay away from Nigeria.
