JANDOR Mourns the Passing of Otunba Okanlawon Sabiu

The Governorship Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 general elections and the Lead Visioner of Lagos4Lagos Movement, Dr. Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran JANDOR has mourned the death of Otunba Okanlawon Sabiu who passed away earlier today at the age of 80.
Dr. Adediran described Otunba Okanlawon as an elder statesman who gave his best to the development of his community and the state. He extolls his rich investment in grassroots politics and nation building.
These were contained in a statement signed by Gbenga Ogunleye, spokesperson for Jandor dated August 23, 2025.
“The death of Otunba Okanlawon is a painful loss, not just to his family and the good people of Isolo, but to the entire state. I extend my heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, colleagues, and the entire Apena Royal Family. May Almighty Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him Aljanah Firdaus,” JANDOR said.
