Islamic Movement Of Nigeria Raises Alarm Over Allegations Of Implanting COVID-19 Where El-Zakzaky

The Islamic Movement of Nigeria, Kano state chapter, under the leadership of Sheikh Sunusi Abdulkadir Koki raised alarm over the allegations of implanting COVID-19 where their spiritual leader Shiekh Ibrahim El- Zakzaky is being kept at Kaduna Correctional Center.

Dr. Dauda Nalado of Bayero university made the assertion during press briefing on Thusday in Kano.

“Authorities would be tightly hold responsible for anything happen to our leader” Nalado said.

Adding that the alarm was raised in view of the intelligence reports gathered with regards to the recent developments occurred at Kaduna Correctional center.

The movement also called on the federal government to give palliative measures to the large Nigerian populace who are mostly living from hand to mouth, as it is being practicing around the globe.

Dr Nalado stressed that the IMN used the medium to expressed their dismay over what they called carelessness and indifference from the federal authorities that led to the pandemic in Nigeria.

“Nigerians should try to domesticate all the instructions that will stall the spread of the pandemic, which includes; regular hands washing, protective facemask, and social distancing” Nalado advised.

He further said that it is through this one can stay safe under the government that is less concerned about the proper management of the situation.
