Genocide Claim: Jandor Urges Nigerian Military To Step Up Actions On Insecurity … Inaugurates Campaign Team For Tinubu’s Re-Election In 2027, Reiterates Governorship Ambition

The Lead Visioner of Lagos4Lagos Movement, Dr Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran aka Jandor has urged the Nigerian military to step up their actions to end insecurity in Nigeria.
Jandor, who countered the claim of President Donald Trump of the United States of America that there is genocide against Christians in Nigeria, added that the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been doing its best to end the activities of terrorists and bandits in the country.
Speaking during the inauguration of 900 grassroots mobilisers for the reelection of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027 and the success of the All Progressives Congress (APC) across Lagos State in the general elections, Jandor urged Nigerians to come together and rally round the current administration, which he said has been working hard to restore the lost glory of the nation.
The event, which held at the Eko FM Marquee, Lateef Jakande Road, Ikeja, Lagos was tagged; “Inauguration of Jandor Of Lagos Political Grassroots Structure For President Tinubu’s Re-Election.”
Adediran, who also used the occasion to reiterate his desire to contest the governorship election in Lagos State in 2027, said that nobody can underestimate the power of his group in grassroots mobilisation.
He said that the group has sustained this for eight years and is still standing, saying that no one can fault his group for having an ambition as he said that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu was not given a chance in 2023, but that he came out to say “Emi Lokan.”
“You have not done anything wrong for supporting Jandor for 2027, I came out on October 1, 2025 to say that I will be running for the office of the Governor of Lagos State in 2027. While we have expressed our desire, we will still support whoever the party chooses for the office, though we know we will be chosen.
“We put this structure together for one purpose, to ensure the victory of the APC in 2027 in Lagos State irrespective of who is on the ballot and to ensure the victory of our leader, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and it’s going to be self-funded.
“We did the restructuring because we came with our team from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the APC.
“The only ticket of the APC that is so certain today is that of the President because he has been endorsed all over the country by the party and there is no vacancy in Aso Rock in 2027.
“For our own, we are many, but God will give it to us. We will work, pray and seek the mercy of God by the time the leaders of the party would make the pronouncement,” he said.
Jandor stressed that there is nobody that is contesting to replace Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu in 2027 that is not qualified, but that the group will work with whoever emerges for the APC in 2027.
He stated that he is always on the road and that very soon he will commence another ward round the state, adding that the group will take the ticket of the president to the nooks and crannies of Lagos State to tell the people what he has achieved in the country.
He said; “We will tell the entire 376 wards what President Bola Tinubu has done. We have what to market APC with. One thing that affects everyone and all of us today is petroleum products.
“I have listened to several narratives on the 15% import duty on petroleum products. The major problem we had before President Tinubu came was importation of fuel and subsidy issue. We have a refinery that is producing more than our local consumption everyday and we don’t need to exchange naira to dollar before we bring it in.
“With the tariff, people would not need to import fuel products again. This will protect local industry and Dangote Petroleum Refinery would be secure.
“The refinery has what can take care of our daily consumption, yet some people still bring in refined products. I support 15% tariff on imported fuel products as it will help our local Industry.
“Some people are doing everything humanly possible to give us a name that is not our own. They started with the alleged genocide against Christians in Nigeria.
“As a country, we don’t have official religion. President Bola Tinubu is a Muslim and he married a pastor. I am a Muslim and my wife is a Christian. My mother died a Christian and I have siblings that are Muslims and Christians.
“They kill people in Zamfara, a predominantly Muslim state. We should stand up against insecurity. In the South East, where they are mostly Christians, people have been asked not to go out on Mondays or else they would be killed.
“President Donald Trump of the United States of America can come and help us to fight terrorists. When they asked me about insecurity on Channels Television, I told them that President Bola Tinubu would change any security personnel that does not do well.
“I want to advise the new security chiefs to step up their games or else they would be changed.
“Foreign countries should stop giving us bad name. We are a sovereign country. I am like a door and I have seen both inside and outside. I have been in the opposing camp and I am now in the ruling party, so I can tell you what is happening.”
Commenting on what the Lagos State government is doing on urban renewal, he said that it is normal that some properties would give way for the overriding interest of the state, but that the owners must be compensated.
He stated that about 79 house owners were compensated in Oworonsoki and that about 100 others have been enumerated for compensation again.
He then wondered why the people that went to trade fair complex when the government demolished properties that were on the wrong side of the law there did not go to Oworonsoki, when houses were demolished there, saying that such people want to divide the people of the state.
“I met with Igbo leaders to tell them that the government of Lagos State does not hate them as they were appointed into highest positions in the state, which is not done in other states.
“We are so hospitable in this state and we accommodate everybody. If you go on the wrong side of the law, even if the Governor is your father, he would not come out to defend you.
“We will move from ward to ward to sensitise our people that the gang up against our leader would not work. We were in the PDP because we wanted power then, but I would not do anything that would be against the country.
“We have serious works to do, which was why we did what we did today. It is time to work and tomorrow starts today.
We want to be like President Bola Tinubu who claimed what belongs to him in 2023.
“If we win the ticket, we will work for the party and if we don’t win, we will still work for the party. We will respect the decision of the party. When we left the PDP, they didn’t know that we can see tomorrow. See what is happening in the party now.
“The only political party with a sense of stability in Nigeria is APC. They will abuse you for supporting President Bola Tinubu and Jandor, but we should not be bothered. Everyone should tell God what he or she wants. All that we will do is to ensure that the party comes out victorious in 2027 and beyond.
“I want to thank all of you, especially our Ndigbo brothers. We will start marketing President Bola Tinubu as his name is already there as the candidate of the party for 2027.
“The inauguration is for our apex leaders, state exco, local governments leaders and ward leaders, about 900 people, and this is significant. Prior to our arrival in APC, there were two major groups in Lagos APC, but we have come in full force,” he said.
Also speaking, the Chairman of the APC in Lagos State, Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, who was represented by the party’s Youth Leader in the state, Mr Murtala Seriki, thanked the group for what he said they are doing for the party, saying that he recognised that Jandor is a pillar of the party in the state.
Seriki stated that Ojelabi has seen what Jandor has been doing for the party and what he has been telling the people about the achievements of President Bola Tinubu and what Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has been doing for the Lagos State.
“But Pastor Ojelabi asked me to tell you to mobilise the people to get their PVCs and that we need not less than three million votes in the state in 2027.
“He said that we should work rather than just talking and go back to our wards and local governments to ensure that the people collect their PVCs.
“Without PVCs we cannot get the number. Try as much as possible to ensure that the people in your community get their PVCs,” he said.
In his speech at the event, an Apex Leader of the group, Chief Shakirudeen Ola Apena, said that there is no doubt that the gathering is the beginning of a fruitful journey that would take the group to the promised land in Alausa in 2027, saying that its lead Visioner, Jandor would be sworn-in as the Governor of Lagos State and ensure the reelection of President Bola Tinubu.
He then enjoined the members of the group to be more dedicated and committed to the job.
“It is not a jamboree, but a call to serve. Nobody would be forgotten, we will all feel the impact of the government. I want to enjoin you to work together to actualise the dream,” he said.
A former Deputy Governorship Candidate of the PDP in the state, Alhaja Safurat Abdulkareem, while commenting, said that it is time to work, saying that they would not only work for President Bola Tinubu, but that they will work for Dr Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran In 2027
Speaking on behalf of non-Yoruba speaking residents of the state, Chief (Dr) Jonathan Nnaji, said that he was at the event because of the kind of leadership he found in Dr Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran.
Dr Nnaji said that it’s difficult to find what he found in Jandor in most leaders.
“He’s a man that preaches visions and who has visions. Leadership means different things to different people. It’s about influencing others towards a strong goal. If you give him Nigeria, he will pilot it very well. I pray that he would be allowed to realize the vision he has for Lagos State.
“Lagos is just the starting point. President Bola Tinubu is a good leader, we can see what he has been doing. Jandor will even do greater if given the opportunity to serve as President in the future. Non-Yoruba speaking people in Lagos State are very comfortable with Jandor,” he said.
Inaugurated at the event were apex leaders, state excos, 57 local government Excos, and 376 ward chairmen.
