Court Adjourns Hearing On Suit Filed Against Air Nigeria By Airline Operators Of Nigeria
A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos on Monday adjourned a suit filed by Airline Operators of Nigeria (AON) against the establishment of Nigeria Air by the federal government to February 13, 2023 to hear the application seeking to transfer the case to Abuja.
Justice Ambrose Lewis-Allagoa adjourned the case after the defendant argued that the motion was not ripe for hearing.
He said that there were a lot of complaints against the recent publications about the application that has not been heard.
Justice Allagoa frowned at such publication, adding that there was nothing before him to act on in relation to the complaint.
Consequently the judge adjourned the case to February 13 for motions.
