Judicial Anarchy as High Court Annuls Supreme Court judgement
Justice Taiwo Taiwo of the Federal High Court Abuja has created what many judicial watchers referred to as confusion in the judiciary when he overruled the Supreme Court judgement which affirmed Sir Frank Ibezim as the authentic Senatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress(APC) in Imo State.
Justice Taiwo ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC)to ignore the Supreme Court and issue Ararume Certificate of Return. However, in a swift reaction to the judgement, Ibezim has gone ahead to file for Order of Stay of Execution at the Appeal Court.
