A chaplain in the palace of the Olubadan of Ibadan, Pastor Solomon Adedeji Olusoji has called on Nigerian pastors, who were genuinely called by God, to focus on Him as the author and finisher of their faith, saying that God Himself will provide for their needs.

The clergy, who is also the founder of Sound of Joy Ministry a k .a Pillar of Truth during an interview with First Weekly Magazine, disclosed that the Palace of Olubadan, since the reign of the immediate past Olubadan, Oba Adetunji has witnessed tremendous boost, most importantly, the recognition given to Christians, unlike before when it was only Islamic and traditional religion.

“I want to make it clear that when we began the outreach, it was a bit difficult to put the structure in place but because it is ordained by God, we were able to do it,” he said.

Pastor Olusoji, while speaking about the numerous difficulties encountered before the palace chapel was given the due recognition, stated that it was God who sent him on the journey that made it possible for the inauguration of the palace chapel, and that lots of wonders have been recorded since the chapel began

Pastor Olusoji, who was a promoter and marketer of Christian music, has worked with many music companies among which wwrey Remodel and R. O Ilori and sons.

He however, commended the continuity that led to transition of power after the demise of the late Olubadan, Oba Adetunji Saliu

While speaking about the insecurity in the state, Pastor Olusoji urged Governor Seyi Makinde of the state to intensify efforts to curb the menace.

He specifically commended him for the prompt attention his administration gives to the welfare of the civil servants and retirees in the state.

He however, said that that his outreach has put in place some power packed programme, where prayers would be offered for the state

“It’s only prayer that can do all things and we will continue to pray to God for his protection over our state, Nigeria and the world at large.”
