Breaking: KOGI WEST:Tribunal Rejects Melaye’s witness
The National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja today rejects Melaye witness in a case filed by Dino Melaye (PDP) challenging the victory of Senator Smart Adeyemi (APC) in the last year November 16/30 Kogi West Senatorial District rerun election Senator Smart Adeyemi.
The evidence and statements of witnesses, Sen Dino Melaye and Pastor Femi Obalemo is untenable, unsubstantiated and it is hereby rejected.
