BREAKING: Gunmen enforcing sit-at-home order set 4 vehicles ablaze in Delta
Some gunmen suspected to be enforcers of IPOB’s sit-at-home order, on Wednesday morning burnt some vehicles along Anwai-Illah road in Ogbolu, Oshimili North Local government area of Delta State as police have cordoned off the area and raised alertness level.
The police command in the state through the public relations officer, Edafe Bright confirmed the attack to our correspondent but unable to say who was responsible for the attack. Though no life was lost four vehicles were burnt including three articulated vehicles conveying Cement.
Businesses around the area where the incident occurred are shut but in Asaba the capital the normal commercial and other activities are going on.
