BREAKING: Court orders Sambo Dasuki’s son to forfeit N90m Abuja mansion to FG

A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Wednesday ordered the interim forfeiture of a property linked to Abubakar Dasuki, son of former national security adviser (NSA), Sambo Dasuki.
The ruling by Justice Emeka Nwite on Wednesday followed an ex-parte motion to that effect by the counsel for the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Olanrewaju Adeola.
A 14-day notice, the judge ruled, should be published in a national daily and on EFCC website for interested person(s) to show cause why the property should not be permanently forfeited to the Federal Government.
