Just In: Adegbite Appointed As Chaplain Of Aso Rock By Tinubu
The Executive Secretary of Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission and chairman, Christian Association of Nigeria, Lagos chapter, Bishop STV Adegbite, has been appointed by President Bola Tinubu as the chaplain of Aso Rock Villa.
The official dedication of the Aso Rock Chapel, according to inside source was done on Sunday, August 31, 2025, with the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, who is a Pastor in Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, in attendance.
We learnt that the order of service at the Villa Chapel would be as follows: Monday , Bible Study and Tuesday, Prayer meeting which was being handled by Senator Tinubu until Adegbite’s appointment.
Those who work at the Villa, we gathered, are at liberty to worship at their denominations on Sundays since there won’t be Sunday service at the Chapel.
It will be recalled that the Villa Chapel became inoperative after the 2023 handover.
