Ayomide & Bolu’s Love Story Bloomed Over Work Duties and Football Banter

Sometimes, the best love stories begin in the most unexpected places. For Ayomide and Bolu, it began over shared work duties and playful banters five years ago.

Somewhere between the rounds, routines and an airport pickup, they both realised that a sweet love had been brewing all along. Now, they’re ready to spend forever together, and we’re super giddy! Bolu looked radiant in her dress and Ayomide was every bit of a dapper groom. Their white wedding was the perfect blend of sweet love and beauty, and honestly, we can’t get enough of all the heart-melting moments.

Their love story as shared by Ayomide:

We met at work in 2020, Just two medics sharing jokes, swapping football banter, and filling hospital wards with laughter. What began as light chats and inside jokes quietly blossomed into something deeper… something magical. For her, it took a whole relocation in 2023 (and maybe a few missed calls) to realise her heart had already made its choice. For me, I knew from the day I picked her up at the airport she was the one, and I wasn’t letting go. From friendly kickabouts to kicking off forever here’s to love that grew from friendship, laughter that never ends, and a perfect match both on and off the pitch.
