Bosede Olukemi Lawal To Deliver 403rd OAU Inaugural Lecture August 12
Academics, students, farmers and stakeholders in the field of Research and Agriculture will on Tuesday, August,12 2025, converge on Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile -Ife Osun State, to witness an inaugural lecture by Professor Bosede Olukemi Lawal .
The tittle of the 403rd Inaugural Lecture of the university, according to information made available to First Weekly Magazine, is; “Navigating The World Of Sustainable Food Security: Odyssey Of A Change Enabler.”
The event will be chaired by the Vice Chancellor of OAU, Professor Simeon Bamire, while family members and friends of the lecturers are also expected to be part of the occasion.
The new Executive Director of the Institute, Professor Akin Oluwatosin, will also grace the occasion.
Information made available to First Weekly Magazine by the Head of Public Relations Unit of the Institute, Dr Niyi Amusat, has it that Bosede Olukemi Lawal is a Professor of Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology.
