Anambra 2021: Former CBN Governor, Chuwkwuma Soludo Wins APGA Primary

Former Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo has emerged the winner of the primary election of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA.
Soludo beat 3 other aspirants to win the race. He polled a total of 740 votes to beat Ezenwankwo Christopher, who got 41 votes; Okolo Damien Christopher 7 and Chief Ibeh ThankGod who took the rear with 4 votes.
Returning officer, Deacon Dr. Sampson Segun Olarenwo announced that out of a total of 812delegates expected at the election, 795 were accredited while 792 voted.
In his speech, Prof. Soludo thanked the delegates for electing him to fly the party’s flag in the November 6thelection.
He also thanked Governor Willie Obiano, the APGA electoral panel and the INEC team for the good job.
