Lagos4Lagos Ikeja Division Holds Stakeholders’ Meeting, Reaffirms Unity And Strategic Direction

The Ikeja Division of the Lagos4Lagos Movement yesterday convened a high-level stakeholders’ meeting aimed at consolidating unity, strengthening internal coordination, and aligning strategic priorities across the division.

The meeting was led by the Divisional Apex Leader, Hon. Hakeem Amode, and the Divisional Coordinator, Hon. Alhaja Ariyike S. Kekenke.

Also present were the State Secretary, Alhaja Khairat Ojikutu-Shokoya, the State Organizing Secretary, Hon. Iyabo Emordi, the State Publicity Secretaty, Pastor Gbenga Ogunleye and other prominent leaders of the movement. Apex Leaders and LCDA Chairmen from all 18 Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) within the Ikeja Division attended, reflecting wide-based leadership participation.

In her welcome address, the Divisional Coordinator, Hon. S. Kekenke, expressed appreciation to stakeholders for their commitment and consistency, noting that the meeting was convened to deepen cohesion and enhance operational effectiveness across the division. She emphasized the need for discipline, coordination, and sustained grassroots engagement to advance the movement’s objectives.

Speaking at the meeting, the Divisional Apex Leader, Hon. Hakeem Amode, commended the level of turnout and unity among leaders. He reiterated the importance of collective responsibility and strategic focus, stating that a strong, organized Ikeja Division remains critical to the overall strength and credibility of the Lagos4Lagos Movement.

The stakeholders’ engagement featured strategic consultations, review of ongoing activities, and alignment on next steps, with a shared resolve to reinforce the movement’s structure and expand its grassroots footprint across the division.

The Lagos4Lagos Movement reaffirms its commitment to inclusive leadership, effective mobilization, and purposeful political engagement in the pursuit of a more participatory and people-driven Lagos.
