SDP Celebrates Mulikat Adeola Akande @ 65 As Nigeria’s Amazon Of Political Integrity
The Acting National Chairman of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Dr. Sadiq Umar Abubakar Gombe, on behalf of the National Working Committee (NWC) and the entire SDP family in Nigeria, has celebrated “a precious gem and great national asset, Rt.Hon. Mulikat Adeola Akande, former House Leader, House of Representatives, on her 65th birthday anniversary.”
This was contained in a statement signed by the National Publicity Secretary of the SDP, Araba Rufus Ayenigba, dated November 11, 2025.
“Alhaja Mulikat, as she is fondly called by many Nigerians and her hordes of admirers across the socio-political spectrum of the country, is a woman of substance; a true Nigerian patriot; an embodiment of humility and humanness; an epitome of integrity and a stickler to noble values and due process.
“She is a mother figure, role model, inspirational figure, and success-enabler to million of Nigerian young people, particularly the girl-child. Her philanthropic impacts are greatly felt by countless Nigerian women, youths, indigent homes and families.
“A detrabilized and leader with conscience, who shines and radiates light everywhere she goes, humanity is first consideration in all her engagements and activities.
“She is always committed to touching lives; making people happy, doing the right things, and doing things right. Her passion for the good of Nigeria is remarkable and inspiring,” the statement read.
It was added that “the SDP is proud to have Rt. Hon.Mulikat Adeola is one of the esteemed leaders and key stakeholders of the Party in this era, and she’s is greatly appreciated for all her impactful contributions at all levels.
“On this special day, the Party wishes her the very best in life, good health and all-around fulfilment.
“Happy birthday and many happy returns of the day to our beloved Amazon.”
