Supreme Court Declares Frank Ibezim As APC Candidate In Imo North Election
The supreme court has declared Frank Ibezim as the rightful candidate of the Imo North senatorial election that held on December 5 , 2020.
Recall that the INEC had announced APC as the winner of the election but returned no candidate following the ruling of the appeal and federal high court that sacked Frank Ibezim, and Senator Ararume as the candidate of the elections.
As it stands, the court has squashed the candidacy of Ifeanyi Ararume, and declared Frank Ibezim as the candidate of the election.
However, the battle isn’t over yet as the PDP Candidate, Emmanuel Okewulonu has a very good case against the APC and its candidates at the Tribunal court
