Nigerians warned as vandals target Toyota Corolla cars

Nigerians using Toyota Corolla have been warned to park their vehicles in safe places as vandals now strip such cars bare once they have access.

This was first brought to the notice of Nigerians by a man who woke up in an unidentified area, but suspected to be Lagos State.

The man, still shell shocked, showed his red colour Toyota Corolla stripped of all body parts and accessories both inside and outside, including the engine.

The man, in the viral video, was seen with his wife and neighbours examining the car.

All the outer lights: headlamps and back, were taken away by the vandals.

So also were the side mirrors taken.

Inside, the whole of the dashboard was vandalised, the brain box removed and also the doors, which included the windows and side mirrors controls.

When the bonnet was opened, the battery, nozzles and coils among others were removed.

The man, who was still perplexed, could only utter: “See my car,” throughout the one minute, 37 seconds video.

The little window was broken to access the car door from inside.

Some voices in the background were heard saying the car was emptied by the hoodlums.
