NAFDAC & CPC Shutdown Krispy Kreme Over Regulatory Violations
Today CPC, in collaboration with NAFDAC, shut down Krispy Kreme Doughnuts located in Victoria Island, following regulatory issues with shelf life of their raw materials.
Babatunde Irukera led the joint team of CPC & NAFDAC, they discontinued production and sealed key storage of Krispy Kreme VI location on account of serious regulatory violations and using expired doughnut mix and fillings.
Further enforcement activities to follow, consumer abuse knows no spectrum
