Just In: 20 Worshippers Injured As Unknown Arsonist Set Mosque On Fire In Kano
An unidentified person has ignited a mosque in Laraba Abasawa, Gezawa Local Government Area, Kano State.
It was gathered that the perpetrator poured petrol around the mosque, set it ablaze, and trapped approximately 40 worshippers inside during the Subh Prayer on May 14, 2024.
However, it took some time for bystanders to notice the situation and rescue the victims, with around 20 individuals sustaining severe burns and being promptly transported to Murtala Muhammad Specialist Hospital in Kano.
