The Kaduna Division of Appeal Court on Friday upheld Governor Abdullahi Ganduje’s electoral victory.

Reading the lead judgment on Friday, Justice Tijjani Abubakar in a unanimous ruling said Ganduje was duly elected

It can be recalled that the election petition tribunal led by Justice Halima Shamaki on October 2 upheld the election.
