Aluko: Famuyibo Suspends Campaign For Seven Days

As a mark of respect for the memory of a former governorship aspirant in Ekiti State, Senator Gbenga Aluko, the campaign organization of Basorun Reuben Famuyibo has suspended its activities for a week.
Famuyibo, a governorship aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State, made this known in a statement issued by his media office in Ibadan on Monday.
He described the Ode-Ekiti-born late politician and son of the renowned economist, late Prof Sam Aluko, who died on Saturday after he collapsed in his office in Abuja, as a great son of Ekiti State who exhibited core Ekiti values of hard work, integrity and respect for fellow men and women.
Famuyibo, who commiserated with the family of the deceased and the people of Ode Ekiti over the irreparable loss, prayed that God would strengthen and uphold them at this hour.
He urged them to be comforted by the good legacies the deceased left behind
